Sharon Fine is an accomplished insurance executive with over three decades of
leadership experience in the specialty and affinity insurance markets. Most recently, she
served as President of Aon Affinity’s Specialty Division, where she oversaw
four major
business units, including Bankers Insurance Services and Affinity Nonprofits.
Sharon has a proven track record of achieving consistent double-digit growth, strategic
carrier partnerships, and operational excellence. Her
expertise includes nonprofit risk
management, property and casualty insurance, and underwriting authority across
diverse programs. She began her career in fine arts and personal lines insurance at
Huntington T. Block Insurance Agency.
In
addition to serving on the AVMA Trust Board, she also serves as a Board Member of
DOXA Insurance.
Sharon resides in Virginia with her family.
